in the center is a portrait of Emperor Peter III, facing to the right, under it is the designation of the St. Petersburg Mint "СПБ", at the top from left to right along the edge is the inscription "ПЕТР.III Б.М. ИМП.ИСАМОДЕРЖ.ВСЕРОС" (Peter III, by the grace of God, is the Emperor and Autocrat of All-Russia).
    Reverse:
in the central circle there is a simplified image of the Coat of Arms of the Russian Empire - a double-headed eagle with a scepter and a power. Around there are four large cartouches with images: the coat of arms of the Astrakhan kingdom – on the left, the Moscow coat of arms – at the top, the coat of arms of the Siberian kingdom – at the bottom, the coat of arms of the Kazan Kingdom – on the right. The upper cartouche is crowned with the imperial crown, the rest are ordinary crowns. Between the cartouches there are four small flowers, above which the numbers of the year of minting are "1762". On the edge of the coin is the inscription "ИМПРСКАЯ РОССИЙС МОН.ЦЕНА ПЯТЬ.РУБ" (an imperial Russian coin, the price is five rubles).
    Gurt:
Even under Elizabeth Petrovna, by a decree of November 12, 1755, the issue of ten and five rubles began. The coins are printed from 88/96 gold. The coat of arms is a composition in the form of a cross made up of the coats of arms — Moscow, Kazan, Siberian and Astrakhan, with the Russian coat of arms in the center. Due to the presence of the reverse side of the word "imperial" in the inscription, ten - ruble coins were called "imperials", and five-ruble coins were called "semi-imperials".
Under Peter III, the foot and the design adopted in the previous reign are preserved, only the portrait changes on imperials and semi-imperials.
The obverse side is a portrait of the emperor and the inscription "
ПЕТРЪ III Б М IMP I САМОДЕРЖ  ВСЕРОС
", the reverse side is a cross-shaped composition of coats of arms and the inscription "
ИМПЕРСКАЯ РОССIИС МОН ЦЕНА ПЯТЬ РУБ
". The sample is 917, the standard weight is 8.26 grams, the edge is a cord.
