Description
This is a PHOTOCOPY of a Vintage 1920s embroidery pattern to make 12 different nursery rhymes designs in nine inch blocks. These are the same kind of designs that were used in redwork. This package is designed to use to make a Mother Goose Quilt, but the designs can be used for embroidery or painting on children's crib covers, pillows, curtains, dresses, bibs and other nursery furnishings. The nursery rhymes are as follows: Little Tommy Tucker, Little Bo-Peep, Rub-a-Dub-Dub, Old Mother Hubbard, Yankee Doodle, Ole King Kole, Little Polly Flinders, Jack and Jill, Polly Put the Kettle On, Peter Peter Pumpkin Eater, Tom Tom the Pipers Son, and Mary had a Little Lamb. I know the picture is hard to see, so if you want I can email you a larger image. Iguarantee
you will be pleased with the quality of the embroidery images. I include a black and white copy of the instructions and the complete pattern. Please email me with any questions that you have.
Please note that this pattern is a PHOTOCOPY. In order to use it as an iron on, you need to trace the design with a transfer pen. Transfer pens are widely available at fabric and craft stores. Just trace the design and then iron it onto your fabric. It should be good for multiple stampings just like a regular iron on transfer. Be sure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions and test it on scrap fabric before starting on your good material. You can also transfer the design to fabric by holding it up to a light source (like a light box or a window) and tracing the design onto your material. Please email me with any questions that you have.
