Textured on back side will best hold marine adhesive
Routed clean edges and countersunk mounting holes. Looks great!
Best method is using a high quality marine adhesive on the back, drilling small pilot holes (consult with your boat manufacturers transom specifications) and fully coating screws with same adhesive, then caulking all the way around the board and caulk the tops of the countersunk screw holes last.
