How to fit the ear plug in your ear  :
With a clean hand,roll the entire earplug into a small crease-free cylinder with your finger,
Reach over your head and pull your ear up and back to straighten the ear canal,
Insert the earplug well into the ear canal and hold for a few seconds while the earplug fully expands,
When properly fitted, the end of earplug should NOT be visible when you view yourself from the front in a mirror,
For removal, gently twist the ear plug while slowly pulling it out of the ear canal in an outward motion.
