It is printed in booklet format and measures 9¼" x 4", with cartoon cowboy artwork by John Boyd Burrowes.
There are 20 full-color photographs of local scenery, wildlife, and the University of Wyoming campus, with "Cowboy Joe" mascot.
There's also a locator road map and a directory to points of interest, including a program of events at the 1966 Jubilee Days celebration.
