1851 Imperial Russia BU Proof 1 Rouble, St George w/o Cloak, St. Petersburg Mint

The vital statistics: one 1851 Imperial Russia 1 rouble coin.    Minted during the reign of Czar Nicholas I, who reigned as Emperor of Russia, King of Poland and Grand Duke of Finland from 1825-1855.
СПБ - St. Petersburg Mint; ПА - Pavel Alekseev engraver; the portrait of St. George slaying the dragon in the middle of the two-headed eagle depicts him without a cloak.  C# 168.1.  Silver, 0.8680 fineness, 20.73 g (0.73 oz.) weight, actual silver weight 0.5785 troy oz., 35.5 mm (1.4 in.) diameter.
This coin is a rare specimen.  It looks like it is a proof issue.  It is also in excellent condition.  I'd call it MS 60, but I'm no expert.  The fine details of the coin's designs are clear and sharp.  I see no obvious indications of wear, but there is some very minor rim damage.  You'll have to make your own judgment.  I've provided multiple images, all taken more or less in the same location and similar light.  The different characteristics of the images are largely a result of changed background.
